Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Suite (“Suite”, “we”) governing the Suite mobile apps, the Suite service, and this website. By creating an account or using Suite, you accept them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Suite on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law forbids such limits.
2. Accounts
- Provide an accurate email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person per account. Family features link accounts; they do not merge them.
- You may delete your account at any time — in the app, or via our deletion portal.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Suite is free to use within the Free plan’s quotas, published on our pricing page. Paid plans (Plus, Pro) are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually — until cancelled.
- Billing. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. App Store and Google Play purchases are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
- Renewal. Your payment method is charged at the start of each period, at the rate shown before purchase. We will give advance notice of price changes.
- Cancellation. Cancel anytime from your receipt’s billing link, the app store, or by emailing [email protected]. Access continues through the end of the period already paid.
- Refunds. Within 14 days of a renewal charge and without substantial use in that period, we refund on request. Store purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
- Quotas. Paid plans raise usage quotas; they are not pay-per-message. Current numbers are always on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the community board: no harassment, spam, illegal content, or impersonation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break the rules of a region’s board.
- Don’t attack, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Don’t resell access or share accounts between people.
5. AI features
The assistant can be wrong — it can misunderstand, and it can state things confidently that turn out to be incorrect. Treat its answers as a helpful starting point, not professional advice, and never as medical, legal, or financial direction. Its link-safety and scam-check features reduce risk but can’t catch everything; no automated check is a guarantee.
6. Family features
Family pairing links two consenting accounts. The person being helped controls what is shared — location sharing is optional and reversible, and everyone can see who is paired with them. Family messages and shared locations are end-to-end encrypted; we relay them without being able to read them.
7. Content
Your content is yours. To operate the service we need limited permissions — for example, storing your chats and displaying your community posts — and we use them only to provide the service. If you post to the community, you grant other members the right to read and reply to it there. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Suite dependable, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Suite is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except those that cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions give consumers specific rights; nothing here affects those.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Suite’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, for free use, US$50). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else the law does not allow limiting.
11. App Store terms
If you downloaded Suite through the Apple App Store, you and we acknowledge that these terms are between you and us only, and Apple is not responsible for the app. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms additionally apply to the extent they are incorporated here. Google Play downloads carry equivalent terms with Google.
12. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to sue locally. Before filing suit, tell us about the problem — we resolve almost everything by email.
