Delete your account

You can do this yourself, in the app, in one confirmation — or ask us to do it from here. Both reach the same result.

Option 1 — in the app, instant

  1. 1. Open Suite and tap More.
  2. 2. Tap Delete account.
  3. 3. Read the summary, confirm — done. Erasure starts immediately.

This is the fastest path and requires no waiting. If the phone with the app is gone, use the form instead.

Option 2 — request it here

For the account owner, a family member writing on their behalf, or anyone who no longer has the app. We verify ownership first, then delete.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] from your account address.

Deleted immediately

  • Your profile, email address, and sign-in credentials
  • Chat history with the assistant, including shared images
  • Reminders,
  • Family links — pairing, encrypted chats, location sharing
  • Emergency alert history
  • Community posts, comments, and their images

Kept, for now or for law

  • Encrypted backups may hold copies up to 30 days before full purge.
  • Records of web payments, kept as long as tax law requires — these contain no chat or reminder content.
  • Requests under legal hold, if we ever receive one — we’d tell you unless forbidden.
